Hunter Mentor Pledge campaign sees continued growth in second year

Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever are proud to announce the national sponsorship renewal of ALPS OutdoorZ, one of the nation’s most innovative outdoor product lines. The partnership provides ALPS OutdoorZ with marketing opportunities for the nation’s largest upland audience, delivers financial support for habitat conservation efforts nationwide, and directly endorses the R3 (Recruit, Retain, and Reactivate) efforts of the highly successful Hunter Mentor Pledge campaign.

“ALPS OutdoorZ is a brand who represents the hunting and conservation community on multiple levels; their product line is unrivaled, their support of wild places and upland species is genuine, and they show a deep appreciation for the next generation of conservationists through the Hunter Mentor Pledge,” said Colby Kerber, hunting heritage program manager for Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever. “By continuing our partnership, we’re maintaining a highly successful outdoor mentorship program to recruit, retain and reactivate outdoorsmen and women in the uplands.”

In fiscal year 2022, the Hunter Mentor Pledge  continued to make significant strides in bringing the uplands to new audiences. Last year, the Hunter Mentor Pledge generated 749 submissions from outdoor mentors across 43 states, detailing their successful outdoor endeavors with new or re-introduced hunters. The pledge also supports Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s Call of the Uplands® national campaign, helping to reach 1.5 million participants with new and expanded programs for outdoor recreation, shooting sports and hunting.

“Partnering with Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever, we’re trying to help break down barriers for getting into the outdoors,” said Adam Brune, ALPS OutdoorZ vice president of product development. “Enjoying the great outdoors with family and friends is something we’re committed to sharing with as many people as possible.”

ALPS Brands established ALPS OutdoorZ in 2007 with the mission of developing affordable, performance-driven hunting gear. Years later, after releasing their first group of hunting products, the company has grown to offer packs, furniture, gun cases, sleeping bags and ground blinds. Additionally, the corporation's unmatched dedication to wildlife habitat conservation and hunting heritage for future generations makes them an outstanding addition to Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever’s current list of national sponsors.

In addition to print publication advertising, the following highlights key components to the relationship between ALPS OutdoorZ and The Habitat Organization:
