Opportunity to add days to the upland hunting calendar
Dear Delaware PF/QF Supporter,
As hunters and public land users in Delaware, we are being offered the opportunity to add additional days to the upland hunting calendar. TOMORROW—Wednesday, March 13—the Delaware Senate Environment, Energy & Transportation Committee will hold a hearing on
House Bill 271. This bill will eliminate the prohibition on Sunday hunting of game birds in The First State, making upland hunting more accessible and equitable. This will result in more hunting opportunities for those with busy schedules Monday through Saturday and for new hunters to learn and gain experience.
PF/QF Supporter Action Requested:
Call/email your Delaware senator TODAY and ask them to support HB 271 which will eliminate the Sunday game bird hunting prohibition.

You can also testify in-person or virtually at tomorrow’s hearing in support of HB 271. The hearing will be at 2:00pm ET in the Senate chamber.
