Opportunity Details

Pheasants Forever Inc., with the support of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is seeking quotes for identification of Aspen patches and chemical treatment of identified areas on J. Clark National Wildlife Refuge. The areas impacted will be within the J. Clark National Wildlife Refuge in Bottineau and McHenry Counties, ND.

A site visit is not required to submit a bid. If desired, a site visit may be arranged with John Takala, Refuge Manager, 701-768-2548 ext.114. Any work must be completed by 11/15/2026. This RFQ will close on September 18th, 2026.
