Opportunity Details

Pheasants Forever Inc., with the support of the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) is seeking bids for native plantings on two properties in Westmoreland County, PA, St Xavier property (76.4 acres) and Meadowlark property (22.8 acres).

A site visit is not required to submit a bid. If desired, a site visit may be arranged with Emma Kelle. Any work must be completed by 04/30/2027. This RFP will close on September 17th, 2026.
