Opportunity Details

Pheasants Forever Inc., with the support of the Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC), and Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) is seeking bids for an up to 75-acre forestry mulching and cut-stump treatment of black locust near Laurelville (Westmoreland County), PA.

A site visit is not required to submit a bid. If desired, a site visit may be arranged with Emma Kelle. Any work must be completed by 03/31/2027. This RFP will close on September 3rd, 2026.
