The 2023 Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever Film Fest will take us to upland destinations throughout the world as the thrill of New Mexico quail, Midwest pheasants, Alaskan ptarmigan, Swedish Capercaillie, and migrating woodcock are featured by Project Upland, Ron Schara Productions, and Pheasants Forever & Quail Forever.
