Camp Honor, in partnership with Miami County Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever, is proud to host our inaugural Military Veterans & First Responders Pheasant Hunt on December 13, 2026.

This special FREE event is our way of honoring and thanking the Veterans and First Responders who have dedicated themselves to serving our country and communities. Join us for a memorable day in the field focused on camaraderie, fellowship, and the great outdoors.

More then just a hunt, this event is an opportunity to connect with fellow Veterans and First Responders, build lasting relationships, and become part of the Camp Honor community.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience an exciting, guided pheasant hunt over trained bird dogs. Experienced handlers, mentors, and volunteers will be alongside participants throughout the hunt to provide guidance, promote safe hunting practices, and help make the experience enjoyable for hunters of all skill levels. Whether you are an experienced upland hunter or this is your first pheasant hunt, you are welcome to participate.

What to bring:
Participants are encouraged to bring a 12 gauge or 20 gauge shotgun (No single shots) to include safety orange vest/hat.

Ammunition for 12 gauge and 20 gauge, ear and eye protection is available. In addition, Food and beverages will be provided.
