Many Pheasants Forever projects completed within Minnesota are supported by funding from the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment, as provided by the Outdoor Heritage Fund. Appropriations are approved by the Minnesota Legislature as recommended by the Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council.
