Dear Contractor,
Pheasants Forever, Inc. (PF), invites qualified contractors to submit proposals/quotes for a tree removal project. Please download the attached/included Solicitation For Contractor Services contract and supporting exhibits for full specifications and details. If you are interested in this project/contract, please complete and return page 1 of the Solicitation for Contractor Services contract along with the Itemized Bid Sheet. Be sure to read and check the boxes located within the “Contractor’s Quote Summary”. The Solicitation for Contractor Services contract along with the Itemized Bid Sheet are due to Jeff Potts via email by 11:59 PM on Friday, March 6, 2026. Bidding contractors are also required to provide a list of equipment/implements (be detailed & thorough) and sub-contractors (if applicable) that will be used on this project. If you have sub-contractors, please provide their name, contact information, and indicate what work they will be doing for you and what equipment they will be using. This information should be provided in the email body of your response to this solicitation or as an attachment.
Please note that this contract is subject to prevailing wages as established by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Please review Section II Paragraph (l) under Standard Compliance Terms on pages 10 & 11 of the Solicitation For Contractor Services contract for more information. Also, included with this solicitation as an exhibit are the current prevailing wage rates. These are the rates that are required to be used for determining the prevailing wage on this contract. Please direct any questions that you have related to prevailing wage to the DLI. The DLI contact information is located at the noted links and is on the noted forms.
The successful bidder/s and unsuccessful bidder/s will be notified of the award via email from PF.
