Windy City Omar, call name Omar, is Pheasants Forever member Adam Jaquet’s 9-year-old Spinone Italiano. “He is a fantastic upland dog that always earns high praise from our hunting companions, and an accomplished waterfowl retriever with numerous ducks and geese retrieved,” Jaquet says. Omar earned a 110-point Prize I score in NAVHDA's Natural Ability Test, a 166-Prize III in NAVHDA's Utility Test (prior to forced retrieve training), and the first litter he sired earned a NAVHDA Natural Ability Breeders Award. From Galva, Illinois, Jaquet serves as the volunteer president for the Knox County Chapter of Pheasants Forever.
