“Lucy” is Pheasants Forever member Tim Foster’s 3-year-old German shorthaired pointer. This northeast Kansas hunt produced a mixed bag of pheasant and quail. Foster is a member of Kansas’ Flint Hills Chapter of Pheasants Forever.
